Explore Your World is a series of informal evening events featuring faculty and student perspectives on the wide variety of language and area studies programs available on the Bloomington campus. Each program in this series has a geographic focus and all are designed to underscore the value of including a cultural dimension in one’s educational plan.
Information provided at Explore Your World events supports students in making thoughtful and defining choices early in their undergraduate experience and expands their sense of what is possible. These programs provide opportunities to network with students with similar interests and to converse with members of Indiana University’s world-class faculty outside the classroom.
Exploratory/undecided students as well as students with declared/intended majors who are interested in confirming or expanding their current academic plans to include a foreign language or a regional cultural focus are encouraged to attend one or more of the programs in this series.
Explore Your World events are free and open to all undergraduates.
