Choosing to Come to IUB

Indiana University-Bloomington is a great place to pursue your dreams!  This is a beautiful campus full of interesting people and a many opportunities.   Here’s how to get started:

• If you’re undecided about the college or university you want to attend, schedule a campus visit through the IU Office of Admissions.
• Once you make the decision for IUB, contact the IU Office of Admissions to get started on your application.
• After you are admitted and before you arrive on the campus to attend classes, the Office of First Year Experience Programs is your point of contact.
• Your first contact with University Division (UD) advising will be scheduled for you as part of your on-campus orientation experience.  Stay alert for UD materials mailed to you in your orientation packet.   These documents provide a great introduction to the undergraduate academic options available at IUB.  If you want to get a head start click on the following link to view the most recent UD GUIDE and COURSE DESCRIPTIONS.
