Dismissal and Reinstatement
Students who have been dismissed from University Division have the option of petitioning for reinstatement. Students are required to “sit out” for one full semester (fall or spring) and to submit a Petition for Reinstatement.
All petitions will be reviewed by a committee. This committee review will result in a $50 non-refundable charge to your Bursar account. Payment of this non-refundable fee in no way assures that the committee will approve a reinstatement.
Application deadlines are November 1 for spring semester and July 1 for fall semester. Applications are available at the University Division Records Office.
